Cheerios Snack Mix- NEW!

cheerios-snackmix.jpgIn effort to provide a healthier alternative for family snacking General Mills recently put Cheerios Snack Mix on the market. With 8 grams of whole grain per serving and 60 to 65 percent less fat than regular potato chips they are hoping to tap into the “66 percent of parents who are trying to offer snacks with nutritional value” says Michael Forbes. Excited to try this mix on both myself and my children, I popped it open the moment I received it.

I have to admit, at first it was a confusing taste. I grew up with Chex Snack mix and I think my taste buds were subconsciously expecting that taste. It only took a few bites to win me over. My children loved it. If you are looking for a healthier snack alternative around the house that still haste taste, definitely cruise on over to your grocers’ snack isle and give Cheerios Snack Mix a whirl.mli.gif

I love the Cheerio Snack Mix…I purchased a big box from costco 2 weeks ago, my children them to school as part of their snack each day. However, they went very fast; my wife and I also had our hand in the box. When back to Costco and they did not have anymore, tried BJ’s, still no luck. Where can I find them?

    Thanks, Ben
