Crayola Color Wonder Books and Markers

41yl2qkf9-l_aa220_.jpgOver the weekend, I was at a friend’s house and her 2-year-old boy was sitting at his desk coloring.  As I watched him color, I noticed that the ink on the marker would only appear when he was coloring on the paper on his doodle pad.  I thought to myself, This is so cool, so I decided to do some research on this product and buy one for my son.  It’s called Color Wonder from Crayola, and its unique ink will only appear on its special paper. The ink is clear on most surfaces, but each marker “magically” shows up as a specific color on its Color Wonder paper. It allows your kiddies to explore the wonder of color and not make a mess!  Put away those magic erasers for your walls, furniture and floors!  Plus, these books and markers come in a variety of different Disney/Pixar packages (Cars, Princesses, Nemo and etc.) and the best part is that you can take it anywhere.  Use it in the car, a restaurant, at the park or even at the beach.  It provides long hours of great enjoyment for your child.  One down side is that the extra Color Wonder coloring pads are a bit on the expensive side, but I still think it’s worth it. mlvi1.gif

I love the Color Wonder products. One word of caution though. The markers are supposed to only work on the special CW paper, but they also work on WOOD. As in wood table tops, wood floors, etc. I found out the hard way when my oldest was a toddler. She “missed” the paper once in a while and I had marker on my coffee table. I went back and read the package, and it said in the fine print that it can happen.

Best bet is to lay down a mat or cloth first. I still think the products are great. We’re just more careful now. :-)

UGHHH… I dont know why people say they are mess free they wreck not only wood but painted walls ,wall paper ,leather etc… so I feel you may as well just give your kids regular paper and crayons.
