All “green” and savvy moms know the importance of reducing our carbon footprint to help our environment. Recently I have been really convicted about going green as my husband attended a conference comprised of major corporations determined to help conserve the earth. With a preschooler and another baby on the way, I know how much laundry these stages require and the crazy amount of extra-special baby detergent that, truth be told, doesn’t work. But now I have discovered Dropps, a fabulous eco-friendly detergent alternative that almost makes doing laundry pleasurably purposeful. Created by an award-winning Philadelphia-based company that’s all about reducing wasted water and plastic, Dropps come in sealed, pre-measured packs that you toss right into the washer. No mess, no harsh chemicals or enzymes, no detergent bottles in the landfills.
Just lots of clean clothes. If you need help feeling better about doing laundry everyday, this is it. Just lots of clean clothes. If anything it can make you feel better about doing laundry everyday, this is it.

I love it! I’ll have to look for those in the store. My sister started making her own detergent this year UBER cheap. It’s Fels Naptha soap, grated up, and washing soda. If you’re interested, I’ll get you the “recipe”, but she likes that there’s nothing super yucky, and it’s cheap.
I’ll be on the lookout for this Dropps product! Anything to make things safer, easier and better for the earth!

Hmmm, I’ll look into this for sure although I must say I am not “green” by any means…
