The day after Ander began eating “solids” my dear friend Kate gifted us with my favorite baby item of the season – a Mullins Square Laminated Toddler Bib (a.k.a adorable painter’s smock). Not only do I gush over my son when I dress him in this chocolate and blue dot smock at dinner time, the neck to knees laminated bib washes off with a wet paper towel. He comes away from mealtime as clean as he went in–spic and span–and this is coming from a woman who ordered a white couch when 7 months pregnant! The price is nice at $16.00 and a gift to yourself as a mother helping keep at least one thing clean – your child! Comes in an array of colors and designs. If you are giving one as a gift, have the toddler’s name monogrammed across the chest – ours is in chocolate brown. Ah…now I can’t wait for mealtime!

$16 for a clean baby is a bargain… good choice. However, a white couch? I’m curious, do they make these bibs in couch size?

well, our white couch doesn’t have a bib but it does have a full size quilt wrapped around it–then what’s the purpose of buying a white couch with a baby on the way? we still haven’t figured that out!
