I have discovered the best juice for my kids…it’s by Mott’s for Tots. However, I have to give the credit to the book, Eat This, Not That for Kids! Mott’s for Tots juice cuts the sugar intake in half, containing only 13 grams at 40% less with no artificial sweetners. Almost all other juices contain contain between 20g-25g! That’s a lot of sugar. Mott’s for Tots juice comes in multi-serve bottles, as well as nine-packs of individual juice boxes, a convenient pre-diluted juices, and made of 100% juice and purified water. Available in four flavors: Apple, Apple White Grape, Fruit Punch, and Strawberry Banana. Check out the nutrition guide below.

Mott’s for Tots juice is a great snack time treat. however, I do need to warn you that it does not tastes so great. Since it’s very diluted, it lacks flavor and tastes almost like water with a hint of apple. Plus, it’s not organic. But be warned, there’s lots of sugar in organic juices.

i’ve been heavily diluting organic juice for my 7 month old, but i didn’t realize there was so much sugar in organic. i’ll definitely be reading the labels more…but i was just wondering does the motts for tots have less sugar bc it’s already diluted or bc it just has less sugar added to start with? thanks for all the great info on your site!!!
