Laikonik’s Once-A-Year Book

THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED!  CONGRATS, NIECEY, YOU ARE THE WINNER!

I was a bit disappointed in myself when I realized I did not have the motivation to put together a detailed account of my son’s first year of life. It all seemed a bit overwhelming until I discovered Laikonik’s Once-A-Year book!

The hand crafted Once-A-Year Book features a Duck Cloth cover that has been screen printed by Kasia with images inspired by elements of Polish Folk art.  It is simply designed to record through words and pictures the first 18 years of your child’s life.  You simply paste one photo for each year with a brief record of the highlights of that year.  Once completed, the concertina pages unfold to this beautiful series of images of your little one’s life!  My favorite piece is the artistic hand stitched felt pouch that covers it.  If you desire to include more than highlights of your child’s life, Laikonik now provides a corresponding chatter book that can fit into the hand stitched felt bag.   This book has put my mind at ease.  I now have something that creatively records all the important events of my son’s life!
