Did you know that a single toothbrush carries millions of microorganisms (harmful bacteria)? This was always one of my concerns while brushing my teeth. It concerned me greatly as I would reuse the toothbrush over a month’s time. It’s incredibly encouraging for me to use the award winning Violight Toothbrush Sanitizer system.
Violight, designed by Philippe Starck, uses a germicidal ultraviolet light that destroys the nasty germs. The countertop system holds up to four toothbrushes at one time, including electrical ones without cross contamination. All I have to do is press the blue button and within ten minutes my toothbrush is sanitized. I do this twice a day after brushing my teeth.
I am so thankful for companies that help ease hypochondriac mothers like myself. I love knowing that 99.9% of the bacteria living on my toothbrush has been destroyed! Droplets produced by flushing toilets can harbor bacteria and viruses that can remain airborne long enough to settle on surfaces. Thus, a person could acquire an infection from an aerosol produced by a toilet. .I could not believe this when I read it.Thats awlful.I need 3 of these things bad hahaha Thanks for the chance to win one.

I like the idea that it kills germs . People don’t change their tooth brushes often and it kills germs that hot water doesn’t. I know I am surprised at how many germs that are on a toothbrush!

This is wonderful! My 3 year old grandson has many medical problems and my daughter has to be very careful of germs. This would be so great for him. You just never think how many germs a toothbrush carries. Thank you so much!
