Exploring various artistic endeavors is something that my husband and I really enjoy doing with our two year old son. The latest addition to his visual arts collection is this wonderful tempura paint set from Faber Castell! Tempura paints are great for children because they are fast drying, washable, and easy to work with! This painting set includes five texture brushes, 5 colors of paint, a mixing bowl, 20 sheets of paper, and a reusable storage bag! The storage bag makes for easy clean up and wonderful for travel!
My son has already been exposed to a great deal of mediums in the visual arts and I am glad that he has really taken well to using tempura paints! For a retail price of 17.99, you definitely get your money worth! This set makes for great indoor activities. I am nursing and changing diapers a great deal. In order to keep my toddler occupied I set the paints up and let him have a go. I love watching the ways he uses each brush and mixes colors. There’s no better way for my child to express himself! I highly recommend this for your little “Picaso” for its ease of use and clean up!
