Infant Rearview Mirror
As moms, we drive everywhere. Whether it’s running errands, picking up and dropping kids off school, or getting a cup of morning coffee, this rear view infant mirror is a great accessory in the car. It allows us to safely see our rear-facing infant clearly. We can get an eye on our babies. See them smiling, falling asleep and playing while you drive. The mirror has a simple attachment, fits most vehicles and comes in cute animals characters. You can choose from a panda bear, to a dog to a bear. Once your child is out of a rear-facing seat, you can use it as a fun mirror toy as well as put it inside a crib.
The “Ultimate” Throw
As the end of a cold and windy season of winter is approaching, we are longing for days to be spent outside surrounded by the sun and the warm weather. Last year, I bought this throw for my days in the park and I cannot tell you how useful it was. Not only is it large, measuring 84 by 54 inches, it’s also 100% cotton on top layer to provide cushioning. Underneath, it’s lined with a water-resistant nylon, providing protection from wetness. Pretty much this is the all weather blanket for long days in the park, picnics, and afternoons at the beach. Plus, it’s machine washable and dryable. The throw easily folds into a compact carrying sling with two side pockets and a Velcro closure and comfy shoulder straps. This lightweight throw by Tuffo is the perfect companion for every outdoor and indoor activity.

Sony DVPFX810 8″ Portable DVD Player Black
Whether it’s long road trips, holiday flights or the occasional restaurant outing where you just want to focus on eating and nothing else, a nice DVD player is a must have. Although it’s important to be picky, DVD players are notorious for a short lifespan, either by accident (water spillage or getting dropped) or by overuse. So, without breaking the bank, I think the best DVD player under $200 is the Sony Portable DVD Player. For its manageable price tag, it looks surprisingly sleek and sturdy, and although black is their best-selling unit, it can also be purchased in cherry red or pink. Obviously, the screen resolution is what you would expect from a typical LCD monitor. The Sony DVD’s greatest features are the long battery life (easily four hours with power left over), and its smooth, swiveling monitor screen. So, while your child enjoys watching another episode of Dora, you definitely will get your return on investment—and maybe some of your sanity as well.

Maclaren Volo Stroller
The Maclaren Volo Stroller is hands-down the best umbrella stroller I have ever come across! Yes, it costs more than your average umbrella stroller at $99.00, but I have found for our family situation it has been well worth it! First, it is far more durable than your normal umbrella stoller. Second it holds weight better. Third, it has more storage space. Forth, it is taller (my husband is 6′5″). Fifth, it is more comfortable for both baby and parents. And sixth, it is breathable. Can you tell I love this stroller? The great thing about the durability is that it lasts through all of your children! Not too many umbrella strollers look as good as new when your children have all grown out of them. This stroller comes in a variety of fun colors as well.
Munchkin Duck Bathtub
I don’t know about you, but we went through what seemed like a gazillion baby bath tub ideas. Munchkin Duck Bathtub is the one we landed upon once our boys were able to sit well. I loved that it was soft and not too large. The beak makes a quacking sound when you squeeze it which always brought a laugh. It could easily be deflated for travel. The one bother was blowing it back up. All in all though this was a good product at a good price, $9.99.
Skip Hop Duo Diaper Bag
Skip Hop Duo - Canvas-Green Camo is an excellent bag for those looking for something their husband won’t be ashamed to carry! This same bag comes in a variety of fabrics and colors including a large array of male-friendly colors. As a mother of 2 little ones I usually use the 2 front pockets for sippy cups; cell phone pocket for my phone; netting for some lip gloss and my keys; and the inside for the toys, diapers, and wipes.
Another great feature of this bag is that it easily attaches to stroller handles. With seperate straps in the inside for hooking around the stroller, getting it on-the-go is a cinch. The only thing I think I may like better is the skip hop bag that is just like this but with a flap over it. I can’t say for sure though because I have not tried it out.
