Happy Green Bee

1Is there anything more endearing than a well-designed garment for a young one?  I really love seeing interesting and different clothing designs for kids.  As soon as I discovered Happy Green Bee clothing line, I was completely mesmerized.  The gender-free, bright colored organic clothes are created with such quality. I am ecstatic over the look of each garment.  The pumpkin tights for boys and girls are one of the most adorable things I’ve seen from kids apparel.  I will have my son sporting these in the winter!  I was given the ribbed tank top and matching bottoms for my son and love them!  I just want to smother him with kisses and hugs because he looked so cute in them!  Many of you know by now that I am a huge supporter of lines that are organic and who’s agenda includes caring for our planet.

Happy Green Bee is designed from the maker of Burt’s Bees, Roxanne Quimby.  “As a mother, designer, and lifelong environmentalist, Roxanne saw a void in children’s clothing wear and a lack of awareness of the benefits of organic cotton. Thus she began to “sew” the seeds of her newest venture – happygreenbee, an all organic cotton clothing line created specifically for kids.”

I really love the Happy Green Bee line and I hope you do too!

Kitson Kids

If Kitson sounds familiar it should.  The hip to the “stars” boutique has been a trendsetter for awhile now.  I have to say though as far as shopping for my little guys this online star takes the cake.  From rocker shirts to Marc Jacobs the styles are sure to make your little one stand out in the crowd and win his preschools best-dressed award.

THIS CONTEST HAS NOW ENDED, CONGRATULATIONS KRISTINE MICHELLE!

How refreshing is it to see a little girls clothing line that captures originality, girlish charm, whimsical pattern, super soft comfort, and outstanding quality all in one garment! I stumbled upon the Flit & Flitter website while following a trail of links one day and HAD to see if the charm was just as apparent in person as the pictures portrayed it to be. It absolutely lived up to every expectation

Rebecca & Jennifer state this about the vision for their line,

“We believe in playing, pretending, laughing, creating, dancing, singing, spinning and soaring. We believe that little girls want to dress in color, not khaki. We believe that plaids and stripes DO match. We believe in non-sensical cuteness. We believe children are a blessing. We believe in celebrating that blessing. We believe that special days call for special dresses… and we believe that EVERY day is special! Enjoy your children, and enjoy our clothes!”

They couldn’t have captured their line in better words.

Prices range from $13 for tights to $63 for a two piece set. You can shop their line directly from their site. If you love the line tell your local boutique! Support this Work from home mom team!

Belli Threads & Little Threads

THIS CONTEST HAS NOW ENDED.  Congratulations Beverly on Winning!

“Belli Threads and Little Threads is the creation of Leslie-Anne Ball. A new mom herself, with one on the way, Leslie-Anne is aware of the fit and styles that best compliment a blossoming belly. All of the maternity tees are made with 100% cotton interlock, the cashmere of cottons. The baby items come in adorable gift boxes, perfect for a shower gift. And let’s not forget dad. The “proud new dad” caps are already a hit in many stores across North America. In fact, the entire line has been very successful with retailers. Leslie-Anne is thrilled to see the positive response to her designs and research efforts. “I really want women to enjoy their pregnancy, and a lot of that has to do with feeling good about the way you look”. With t-shirt phrases like “the baby made me eat it” expecting mom’s get to show off their sense of humour as well as their sense of style.” - Taken from Belli Threads.

When my Belli Threads & Little Threads Lil’ Bro, Big Bro, Lil’ Sis, and Big Sis shirts came in the mail I was delighted. These shirts screamed adorable! The print was perfect quality (I used to quality check t-shirt prints as a part of my previous career, so I know a little bit about printing.) The t-shirt they are printed on is made by American Apparel, which not only means they are of the highest quality, but also that they are made in the USA and sweatshop free!

My kids loved wearing their family status proudly. It even started conversations with people we met during the day. I can say with confidence…

Little Threads is giving 1 winner the opportunity to win a sibling set of shirts!!! That means two shirts from the big bro, big sis, lil’ bro, lil’ sis line! To win visit Little Threads and return to this post to comment on your favorite design. For other opportunities to win:
