Before my pregnancy, I was training to be a long distance runner. I felt the best I had ever felt. Running was no longer about staying fit but became a sport and passion of mine. As this new world opened up to me, I began to see the importance of wearing the right gear to make this sport as easy and comfortable as possible. The running shoes are the most important. I had been hearing fabulous things about Brooks running shoes and just had to give them a try.

After my baby is born in mid summer, I can pick up my running routines again. I continue to speed walk a few times a week to exercise my muscles. I encourage all mothers to pick up this sport.
